Layout Information:
This layout can be found on Pg 125 in the Reflections Scrapbooking Program Book.

My title pages don't usually have any journaling on them so I try to stick to a layout that shows off the main photos and papers. The photos will be attached in the 4 corners. The main accent is in the center square. The whole piece is popped up on foam squares to give a little depth.  To finish the layout, I added a simple cluster of flowers here and there and a banner in the center from the Happy Thoughts Stamp set.

Tip: One way to save paper is to create a frame slightly larger then your piece and adhere it to the back of your piece.

The piece I wanted matted was 9x9in. I cut a piece of coordinating cardstock  10x10 and laid it square on my self healing mat. Then I used my Ruler to cut 1/2in in from the sides from the 1/2in mark to the 9 1/2in mark.

Do this on all 4 sides, you will have a 10x10in frame 1/2in thick. Then use your ruler to measure 1/4in in from both sides and bottom of your frame and attach your base. You will have 1/4in mat around your piece.

Have a beautiful day Crafters!
